
In Arizona, individuals with eligible marijuana-related offenses can petition to have their records expunged under Proposition 207, the Smart and Safe Act. Eligible offenses include possession, consumption, or transportation of up to 2.5 ounces of marijuana (with no more than 12.5 grams in concentrate form), possession, transportation, cultivation, or processing of up to six marijuana plants at a primary residence for personal use, and possession, use, or transportation of paraphernalia related to the cultivation, manufacture, processing, or consumption of marijuana.
